The tower pressure rises, and the nitrogen molecules in the compressed air are adsbed by the zeolite molecular sieve, while the unadsorbed oxygen passes through the adsorption bed and enters the oxygen storage tank through the left gas valve and the gas valve. This process is called left adsorption and lasts for about sixty seconds.
After the left adsorption process ends, the left adsorption tower and the right adsorption are connected through the equalizing valve, so that the pressure of the two towers can reach equilibrium. This process is called equalizing, and it lasts for 3 to 5. After equalizing, the compressed air passes through the air intake valve and the right intake valve and enters the oxygen storage tank. This process is called right adsorption and lasts for sixty seconds. At the same time, the oxygen adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve in the left adsorption tower is released back to the atmosphere through the left valve under pressure. This process is called desorption. Conversely, while the left tower is adsorbing, the right tower is also desorbing. In order to discharge nitrogen gas released from the molecular sieve under pressure to the atmosphere, oxygen passes through a normally open backflush valve to sweep the adsorption tower that is being desorbed. oxygen inside the back tower blows out the adsorption tower. This process is called backflushing, and it is carried out simultaneously with desorption. After the right adsorption ends the equalizing process begins, and then it switches to the left adsorption process, and it continues to cycle.

Adopting intelligent control system, it makes the unit have good controllability and the operation of the oxygen production device gets reliable guarantee.

On-site Requirements:

1) The equipment should be stored in a dry, clean, well-ventilated warehouse without corrosive substances around it. When outdoors for a short period of time and during transportation, it should be covered with a rainproof tarp, and the equipment should not be in direct contact with the ground.2) The ambient temperature for indoor installation site is -540℃, relative humidity ≤80%, altitude ≤900 meters.

3) It easy to reach and install with a crane or forklift. The ground is flat, and the distance between the equipment and the wall or other equipment should not be less than500mm; the drainage outlet must be connected to the outside of the equipment with a pipeline.

4) Design and construction of public works such as heating, fire protection crane running, communication, sanitation, water supply and drainage, and lighting in the factory building outside the pressure swing adsorption device in the civil engineering.
