The nitrogen generator refers to the equipment designed and manufactured using the pressure swing adsorption technology to separate oxygen and nitrogen in the air to obtain nitrogen gas. The generator uses high-quality carbon molecular sieves as adsorbents and adopts the principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) at room temperature to separate air and obtain high-urity nitrogen gas. Typically, two adsorption towers are used in parallel, and the inlet pneumatic valve is automatically operated by PLC, alternately performing pressurization adsorption depressurization regeneration, completing the separation of nitrogen and oxygen, and obtaining the required high-purity nitrogen gas.
